Security is at the heart of every great hotel experience, and we are looking for a sharp, dependable CCTV Operator to join our team. If you are observant, calm under pressure, and take pride in keeping people and property safe, you will fit right in with us.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all hotel areas

• Identify and report suspicious activities promptly

• Maintain accurate incident logs and daily security reports

• Coordinate with security and management teams when necessary

• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly

• Support investigations by reviewing recorded footage

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or hotel security

• Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness

• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies

• Basic computer proficiency

• Good communication and reporting skills
