CCTV Operator

Job Description

At our hotel, safety, discretion and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for a vigilant and dependable CCTV Operator to join our security team. If you are observant, calm under pressure and take pride in keeping people and property safe, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all areas of the hotel

• Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches promptly

• Maintain accurate incident logs and daily reports

• Coordinate with the security team and management during emergencies

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately

• Review recorded footage when required for investigations

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guests, staff and hotel operations

• Support general security operations when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role within hospitality or a similar environment

• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills

• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance equipment

• Ability to stay calm and act decisively in high pressure situations

• High level of integrity and professionalism
