CCTV Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, observant, and reliable CCTV Operator to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring our surveillance systems and helping us maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. If you are attentive, calm under pressure, and take pride in keeping people safe, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all hotel areas and identify any unusual or suspicious activity

• Report incidents promptly to the appropriate department or security personnel

• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations

• Review recorded footage when required for investigations

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately

• Work closely with security and management teams to maintain safety standards

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar CCTV monitoring or security role

• Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness

• Ability to stay focused during long monitoring shifts

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with surveillance systems

• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations

• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility
