We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven professional to oversee catering operations in our restaurant. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all catering services for private events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
• Manage daily catering operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless event execution.
• Develop catering menus in collaboration with chefs to meet client needs and dietary requirements.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and event schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Manage catering budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate catering staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, inventory, and catering performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar catering leadership role within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing catering events from planning through execution.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and catering operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering or event management software is an advantage.
