We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Café Supervisor to help create a welcoming environment for guests while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Support, guide, and motivate front-of-house staff during shifts
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the café
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination
• Help oversee stock levels and report supply needs when necessary
• Ensure food and beverage service follows company and safety standards
• Support training and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with café operations, POS systems, and basic stock handling is an advantage
