Café Supervisor

We’re looking for a Café Supervisor who can bring energy, organisation, and a hands-on attitude to help manage day-to-day café activities while ensuring guests leave with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and support staff during busy and quiet periods
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day team coordination
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the café
• Oversee stock levels and report low inventory when necessary
• Support cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and basic record keeping
• Work closely with management to maintain smooth service and team morale

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting
• Good problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
• Basic understanding of stock management and cash handling processes
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
