Responsibilities

• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support inventory monitoring and stock organization
• Help train and motivate café staff to maintain smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Experience supervising a team or leading shifts is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
