Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a modern café. The role requires someone who can manage staff, ensure quality service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.


Core Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a warm and inviting café environment.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise baristas and service staff.
  • Schedule shifts and monitor staff performance.
  • Encourage teamwork and maintain positive staff morale.

Sales & Performance

  • Track daily sales and prepare basic reports.
  • Support promotional activities and special offers.
  • Suggest improvements to increase customer traffic and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a café supervisor or manager (2–4 years).
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
