We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Cafe Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant cafe. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, leading a team with confidence, and ensuring every guest has a great experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability targets
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Support marketing efforts and contribute ideas to grow customer traffic

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
