Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate café staff to maintain high performance and teamwork
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Supervise cash handling, daily sales tracking, and basic financial reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Support menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Monitor performance targets and help improve overall profitability
Qualifications
- Previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of customer service principles and hospitality standards
- Basic financial and inventory management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work
