Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and support café staff to deliver excellent service
• Manage customer experience, handling feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Supervise inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards at all times
• Coordinate staff schedules and shift planning
• Support basic sales tracking and daily performance reporting
• Ensure products are consistently prepared and presented to standard

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, café, or food service environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of stock control and daily operations management
