In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff performance, and help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and support staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering when needed
• Handle staff scheduling and shift coordination
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Monitor sales performance and support business growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in café, hospitality, or food service management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of stock control, cash handling, and daily operations management
• A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership
