We are looking for a confident and organised Cafe Manager to lead the daily rhythm of a busy, welcoming cafe. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen team
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality standards
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or cafe management or a similar leadership role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills

- Good understanding of customer service excellence
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and stock management
