We are seeking a polished and attentive Butler to provide personalised service and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional hotel experience. The successful candidate will anticipate guest needs, handle requests discreetly, and maintain a consistently high standard of service from arrival through departure. This role is ideal for someone who combines professionalism, warmth, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised and discreet service to guests throughout their stay.
• Welcome guests, assist with check-in arrangements, and explain available hotel services.
• Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to individual requests.
• Coordinate luggage handling, room arrangements, dining requests, transportation, and special occasions.
• Maintain close communication with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Prepare guest rooms and suites according to established service standards.
• Handle personal guest requests with confidentiality, tact, and professionalism.
• Monitor guest preferences and communicate relevant details to appropriate team members.
• Resolve service concerns promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, Personal Assistant, or in a luxury hotel service role.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards and hotel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Discreet, trustworthy, courteous, and confident in dealing with high-profile guests.
• Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Additional training in luxury service, hospitality management, or butler services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
