Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Busser to support our restaurant team by maintaining spotless dining areas, assisting service staff, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable atmosphere. If you are energetic, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast paced restaurant, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and public areas.
• Refill water glasses, condiments, napkins, and other table essentials.
• Assist servers with food delivery when required.
• Transport used dishes, glassware, and utensils to the dishwashing area.
• Keep walkways and dining areas free from clutter and hazards.
• Support opening and closing duties, including preparing dining areas for service.
• Restock supplies such as cutlery, plates, and serving materials.
• Respond quickly to team requests to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a customer service role within a restaurant is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Good attention to cleanliness and organisation.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting trays, dishes, or supplies when necessary.
