Our restaurant is committed to delivering an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service, well-presented spaces, and a team that works seamlessly together. We are seeking a dependable Busser to support our servers and kitchen team by keeping dining areas clean, organised, and ready for guests throughout each service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining a clean dining environment.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service when required.
• Deliver clean plates, cutlery, glassware, and other dining supplies to service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness across tables, floors, service stations, and guest areas.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
• Handle dishes and equipment carefully to prevent damage.
• Restock dining and service stations throughout the shift.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and carrying items throughout a shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues.
