Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
- Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other requested items.
- Keep dining areas clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently.
- Refill condiments, napkins, and other table supplies as needed.
- Support the kitchen and service team during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and walkways.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing dining room duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Busser or in a restaurant support role is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to cleanliness and organisation.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or bus tubs safely.
