Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure beverages are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Verify guests meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Maintain proper storage of beverages, garnishes, and bar equipment.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and routine cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar beverage service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies when required.
• Bartending or responsible beverage service certification is an advantage.
