Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Recommend drinks and make suggestions based on customer tastes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Verify the legal drinking age of customers and serve alcohol responsibly.
• Handle cash, card payments, and accurately process transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with servers and other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and routine bar maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a bar or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixed drinks, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Skilled in operating POS systems and handling payments accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional appearance with a positive and outgoing attitude.
