We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our growing coffee shop. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to a high standard.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, equipment, and customer seating areas.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets established quality standards.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously.
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role within a coffee shop, café, or similar food and beverage environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and service standards.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
