Job Description

Keep the bar running smoothly behind the scenes as our next Barback. We are looking for someone energetic, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. From keeping supplies stocked to helping the bartenders stay on top of a busy shift, you will play an important part in keeping the bar fast, clean, and organised.

Responsibilities

• Restock beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Assist bartenders with preparation and service during busy periods.
• Keep the bar area, storage spaces, and workstations clean and organised.
• Collect and wash used glassware and equipment.
• Receive, move, and properly store bar deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and alert the team when supplies are running low.
• Dispose of waste and maintain good cleanliness standards.
• Support bartenders and other bar staff with general shift duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stay active throughout a shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to cleanliness, organisation, and detail.
