Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Barback to keep the heart of our bar running smoothly. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and being around great energy, this role is a solid fit. This is a behind-the-scenes but highly important position where you help bartenders stay stocked, organized, and ready to serve guests without delays.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies including glassware, beverages, garnishes, and ice
• Assist bartenders during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
• Collect and wash used glasses and maintain hygiene standards
• Help set up and close down the bar before and after shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages promptly
• Support with general bar operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stay active throughout shifts
• Willingness to learn and take instructions quickly
• Positive attitude and reliability are essential
