Job Description

Our bar is looking for a dependable and energetic Barback to join the team and keep things moving behind the scenes. If you enjoy working in a lively environment, staying active during busy shifts, and being part of a team that knows how to keep the bar running smoothly, you will fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Restock drinks, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Assist bartenders during busy periods by keeping their workstations organised.
• Collect and wash glasses, bottles, and bar equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the bar area.
• Receive, move, and store beverage deliveries safely.
• Empty bins and keep storage areas tidy.
• Monitor stock levels and report items that need replenishing.
• Support bartenders with basic preparation and other tasks as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stay active throughout a shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good attention to cleanliness and organisation.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
