We are looking for a confident and organised Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, maintain exceptional service standards, and support the development of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and support bartenders and bar staff during shifts.
• Monitor stock levels, place inventory requests, and minimise wastage.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served to quality and presentation standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift handovers, and task delegation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the bar.
• Verify compliance with licensing regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Support the implementation of promotions and special events.
• Prepare daily sales reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, and customer service.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Experience with inventory management and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service practices.
