Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house team members
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service efficiency
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier deliveries
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs
• Prepare operational reports and support administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
