Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Support the Barista with daily drink preparation and presentation.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and display items as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Help with opening and closing duties when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
