Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations
• Supervise bartenders and bar staff during shifts
• Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and service standards
• Manage stock levels, inventory checks, and reordering of supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
• Support cash handling and daily sales reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock control
• A positive attitude and attention to detail
