Accounts Manager
Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys keeping finances organized, spotting details others miss, and helping a business stay financially healthy? We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our hotel team and play an important role in managing financial operations, reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking documents
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company procedures
- Assist management with financial planning and cost management strategies
- Supervise accounting staff and support smooth departmental operations
- Review invoices, payments, and vendor transactions for accuracy
- Help prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or hotel financial management
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Good understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Professional certification or accounting-related training is an advantage
