Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor income, expenses, payments, and hotel revenue.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets and identify unusual variances or financial risks.
• Ensure invoices, receipts, and financial documents are properly recorded.
• Support payroll processing and financial planning when required.
• Maintain strong internal financial controls and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, auditors, and other relevant parties.
• Lead and support the accounts team to maintain accurate and timely work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or financial management experience, preferably within a hotel or service-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally.
• Good communication and team leadership abilities.
