Job Description
We’re looking for a warm, confident Guest Relations Officer to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences, this role is made for you.
Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest needs

Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on feedback

Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications

Proven experience in a guest-facing or customer service role, preferably in hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
