Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and people-focused Guest Relations Officer to join a welcoming hotel team. This role is all about creating memorable experiences for guests, making sure they feel valued from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems calmly, and making others feel at home, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle complaints with patience and aim to resolve issues effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure information is properly updated
  • Provide information about hotel services and assist with special requests
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A polite, calm, and approachable personality
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure in a busy environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
