Guest Relations Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and people-focused Guest Relations Officer to join a welcoming hotel team. This role is all about creating memorable experiences for guests, making sure they feel valued from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Handle complaints with patience and aim to resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure information is properly updated
• Provide information about hotel services and assist with special requests
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A polite, calm, and approachable personality
• Ability to stay composed under pressure in a busy environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
