Our hotel spa is seeking a skilled and attentive Massage Therapist to provide high-quality treatments that help guests relax, recharge, and enjoy a personalised spa experience. The successful candidate will combine strong technical ability with excellent guest service, maintaining professional standards throughout every treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage treatments according to guest preferences and spa procedures.
• Conduct consultations to understand guest needs, comfort levels, and treatment expectations.
• Maintain professional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and personal presentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and products before and after appointments.
• Recommend suitable treatments or techniques based on guest requirements.
• Monitor guest comfort throughout each session and make appropriate adjustments.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment information.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Follow all hotel spa health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with other spa and hotel team members to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised certification or professional training in massage therapy.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within a hotel spa, wellness centre, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and safe treatment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, respectful, and discreet approach when dealing with guests.
• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to assess guest needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
