Lounge Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant bar lounge, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and an inviting atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate lounge staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the lounge.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage service regulations.
• Support the planning and execution of themed nights, live entertainment, and special events.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lounge Manager, Bar Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of lounge and bar operations, including beverage service standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and basic budgeting.
