Our hotel spa is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of massage treatments tailored to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
• Assess guests before treatments and recommend suitable therapies.
• Prepare treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records while respecting confidentiality.
• Promote spa services, wellness packages, and retail products when appropriate.
• Ensure all massage equipment, linens, and supplies are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Work closely with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Stay informed about new massage techniques and wellness trends through continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Certification or professional training in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist in a hotel spa, wellness center, resort, or luxury spa is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and other therapeutic massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and courteous attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized treatments.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Physically fit with the stamina to perform multiple treatments during a shift.
