Join our hotel team as a Floor Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining exceptional guest room standards and ensuring smooth daily housekeeping operations. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys leading a team, maintaining quality, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of housekeeping attendants assigned to guest floors.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff productivity throughout each shift.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members to maintain consistent performance.
• Ensure guest requests and special room requirements are completed promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and assist in resolving housekeeping-related issues.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and communicate updates to the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience in a hotel preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to organize workloads and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety practices.
• Physically capable of walking, standing, and inspecting guest floors throughout the shift.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and housekeeping management systems is an advantage.
