A well-established hotel is looking for a confident and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional standards across guest rooms and public areas. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Assign work schedules and distribute daily tasks efficiently.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing housekeeping team members.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping reports and shift records.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and room inspection practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to organize workloads and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is an advantage.
