Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during each shift.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure consistency.
• Schedule staff and manage shift coverage effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the outlet.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
• Handle cash, process daily sales reports, and reconcile tills.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and operational procedures.
• Support staff training and performance development.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving overall outlet performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising operations in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or similar food and beverage environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of cash handling and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
