Food Runner

Job Description

Are you energetic, attentive, and passionate about creating a seamless dining experience? We are looking for a Food Runner to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring meals are delivered promptly and accurately while supporting smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to guests.
• Confirm each order before serving to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate meal delivery.
• Assist with table clearing when required.
• Refill condiments and service stations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server Assistant, or in a similar restaurant role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food trays safely.
