Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
• Mow grass, trim hedges, prune plants, and remove weeds regularly.
• Water plants, trees, and lawns according to seasonal requirements.
• Collect and dispose of leaves, branches, and other outdoor debris.
• Keep walkways, driveways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces clean and hazard-free.
• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and other landscaping materials as needed.
• Monitor the health of plants and report signs of pests or disease.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with seasonal planting and outdoor improvement projects.
• Support general outdoor maintenance to ensure the hotel’s exterior remains inviting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, gardening, or outdoor property maintenance is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and basic hand tools safely.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
