Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and provide attentive service throughout events.
• Set up banquet rooms, dining areas, and event spaces before functions.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to service standards.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, organized event area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Support post-event cleanup and ensure equipment is properly stored.
• Represent the restaurant with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Event Server, Banquet Server, Waitstaff, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.
