Job Description

Join our hotel as an Event Server and help create memorable experiences for guests attending weddings, conferences, banquets, corporate functions, and special events. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, dining areas, and event spaces according to event specifications.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive table service throughout events.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation and service standards.
• Refill beverages, clear tables promptly, and ensure guests’ needs are met.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
• Coordinate with the banquet kitchen and event supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues before, during, and after functions.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and storing banquet equipment and supplies after events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in banquet service, event catering, restaurant service, or hotel food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
