A leading hospitality establishment is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Hotel Operations to oversee day-to-day hotel performance and long-term operational strategy. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving efficiency across all departments. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between departments, maintaining high service standards, and optimizing operational performance across rooms, food and beverage, housekeeping, front office, and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and support departmental heads and senior management teams
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and introduce improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational expenditures
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Drive performance improvements across all service areas
• Handle high-level guest concerns and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior hotel management or multi-department hospitality leadership
• Strong background in operations management within the hotel or luxury hospitality sector
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
• Ability to manage large teams and complex operational structures
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with hospitality management systems is an advantage
• Degree or professional certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
