A dynamic hospitality group is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Hotel Operations to oversee multi-property performance, elevate guest experience, and drive operational excellence across all departments. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on structure, people development, and delivering consistently high standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will be the central force ensuring that every hotel under your leadership runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining a strong service culture that guests remember.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and support hotel managers and departmental heads
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met
• Maintain consistent brand standards and service quality across all properties
• Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure resolution aligns with service excellence standards
• Analyse operational performance reports and implement improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion, renovations, and business growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior hotel management or multi-property operations leadership
• Strong background in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage diverse departments
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
• Deep understanding of guest experience standards and hospitality trends
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Professional certifications in hospitality management are an added advantage
