Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service during restaurant events and functions
• Set up event spaces, including tables, dining stations, and service areas
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to guest requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout events
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth event operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, banquets, hospitality, or event support is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional and organized in busy environments
• Friendly attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or service items when needed
