Event Server

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and energetic Event Server to join our hotel’s events and banqueting team. If you enjoy working in a lively environment where no two days are the same, and you take pride in creating smooth guest experiences, this role could be a great fit. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality service during weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and special hotel events.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to function sheets and layout plans
• Serve food and beverages efficiently during events
• Ensure tables, stations, and service areas are clean and well organized
• Assist guests politely and respond to their needs during events
• Work closely with chefs, supervisors, and other service staff
• Clear tables and reset venues quickly for multi-event schedules
• Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Report any guest concerns or service issues to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork mindset and positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and carry trays safely
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards
