Responsibilities

• Set up banquet and event spaces before functions begin
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service
• Serve plated meals, buffets, cocktails, and refreshments professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
• Respond quickly to guest requests and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting spaces after events
• Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, banquet, or event service is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy events
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
