Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a modern café. The role requires someone who can manage staff, ensure quality service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Core Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain a warm and inviting café environment.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise baristas and service staff.
- Schedule shifts and monitor staff performance.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain positive staff morale.
Sales & Performance
- Track daily sales and prepare basic reports.
- Support promotional activities and special offers.
- Suggest improvements to increase customer traffic and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a café supervisor or manager (2–4 years).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
