Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations including staff scheduling and inventory
• Ensure consistent quality in beverages and food presentation
• Drive customer engagement through ambiance, service, and brand storytelling
• Manage supplier relationships and cost controls
• Train baristas and service staff on product knowledge and service excellence
