Description

Speciality coffee has become a credentialed discipline, and certification increasingly separates candidates for the better roles. This track builds the underlying competencies — extraction theory and practice, milk work, calibration, sensory evaluation and workflow — in preparation for recognised certification.

The programme develops the skills and prepares you for assessment; the credential is awarded by the certifying body.
