We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Waiter to become part of our café team. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to available tables when required.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
• Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for incoming guests.
• Process bills and handle cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a customer-facing food service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive and courteous attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy café environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry serving trays safely.
